Permitted use
It is prohibited to copy, modify or use any information on this site without the prior written and express permission from Ticketmaster Finland. Violation of The Terms of Use may lead to legal action. Violation of The Terms of Use may terminate your access to the service. Ticketmaster Finland has also the right to terminate reservations made on line if the customer has given false personal information or if the client violates The Terms of Use in any way.
Purchase of tickets
Check your ticket carefully before the purchase has been completed. Once tickets are purchased, they can neither be changed nor refunded.
In addition to the price of the ticket, you will pay service fees and order fee of 2€ / order. Delivery fees may apply and will vary depending on selected delivery method. You will find the amount of the fee and dispatching costs from the valid price list.
Ticketmaster Finland acts as an agent. The organizer of the event is liable for and obligated to pay its obligations under VAT 2 § (:940/1999) as well as any damages due to or arising out of the cancellation of the event, and location or schedule changes.
It is prohibited to bring bottles, cans, video recorders, tape recorders, cameras or any hazardous substances to the events. Ticketmaster Finland and the organizer are not liable for lost tickets. When using discount tickets, proper documentation entitling the use of discount tickets (e.g. child, student, senior citizen discounts) must be carried and displayed upon the doorman's request.
The sound volume at the events may exceed normal levels. We recommend hearing protectors.
Reselling or using tickets for advertising or promotion (with or without monetary consideration) is prohibited, unless the specific written permission is given by Ticketmaster Finland.
The original buyer of the ticket is obligated to check that the event has not been cancelled. If the ticketed event is cancelled, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the ticket but the service fees, 2€ order fee, possible delivery fees, ticket insurance and Collector Ticket fees will not be refunded. The ticket amount will not be refunded if the cancellation is due to bankruptcy or insolvency of the organizer.
Bots
The limitation on how many tickets a customer can buy depends on the event he is buying tickets for. The limit is published on the purchase page and is checked at every transaction. We do so to prevent misuse of our website and unfair ticket purchasing practices. If we identify breaches of these limits, whether by a single user or multiple connected users (for example, using multiple credit cards or multiple members of a household purchasing tickets), or via the use of automated means to purchase tickets we reserve the right to cancel any such orders. Use of automated means to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited.

TICKET TRANSFER
1.1 We offer “Ticket Transfer” functionality in respect of many events. You can use Ticket Transfer, where available, to transfer Tickets you have purchased to your friends and family by logging into your Ticketmaster account and following the instructions.
1.2 Ticket Transfer is intended to be used for transferring Tickets to friends and family; you should only transfer Tickets to people that you know and trust. If you wish to sell your Tickets to a third party as Resale Tickets and your Tickets are eligible, you may do so using the Ticket Exchange.
1.3 By using Ticket Transfer to transfer a Ticket you have purchased (or that you have been transferred by someone else using Ticket Transfer), you are only facilitating another person using that Ticket; the contract (and associated rights and obligations) for the purchase of that Ticket remains between us and you (or the original purchaser as the case may be), regardless of the number of times the Ticket is transferred using Ticket Transfer. However, all terms and conditions applicable to the use of a Ticket shall remain applicable to such Ticket, regardless of the number of times the Ticket is transferred using Ticket Transfer.
1.4 Ticket Transfer can only be used for Tickets and not for Upsells purchased with Tickets or any non-Ticket elements of Packages.
1.5 We may cancel any transferred Tickets if we have grounds to suspect that they were obtained fraudulently, unlawfully or otherwise in violation of this clause , or any other provisions of this Purchase Policy or any other applicable terms and conditions.
1.6 You can cancel a Ticket Transfer invitation but only if you do so before the recipient accepts your Ticket Transfer invitation.
1.7 IMPORTANT: Once a recipient accepts your Ticket Transfer invitation you will not be able to (i) use your original Ticket for event entry; (ii) cancel or otherwise get the transferred Ticket back (because the recipient will get a new Ticket with a new barcode); (iii) list your Ticket as an Resale Ticket for resale on the Ticket Exchange. If a Ticket is transferred multiple times using Ticket Transfer, only the Ticket from the most recent Ticket Transfer will be valid for entry; all previous Ticket barcodes will be cancelled.
1.8 If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or materially altered, only the original purchaser of a transferred Ticket will be entitled to any refund or credit available (as described in “Purchase of tickets”). We will only deal with the original purchaser of a transferred Ticket in respect of all matters relating to the Ticket and the event for which it is issued. It is the responsibility of the original purchaser of a Ticket to keep all the recipients of any transferred Tickets updated with any information we provide to the original purchaser.
1.9 To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability we may have in connection with a Ticket will only be owed to the original purchaser of the Ticket, and not to any recipient to whom that Ticket may have been transferred (whether using Ticket Transfer or otherwise).
