If you're unable to add your Ticketmaster tickets to your Google Wallet it may be for the following reasons:
- You may not be using the latest version of the Ticketmaster app.
- Your phone may not support the latest version of Android, which is required to add tickets to your wallet.
Follow these steps to add them successfully:
- Head to the Ticketmaster app to find your ticket.
- Ensure that you’re using the latest version of our app.
- Tap Add to Google Wallet.
If you're unable to access our app, use your mobile web browser to add your tickets to your mobile wallet.
I transferred or sold my ticket but it's still visible in my Google Wallet. What should I do?
If you transfer or sell your ticket, it will still appear in your mobile wallet, but the QR code will be deactivated and no longer valid for entry. You can confirm the status of your order in the My Tickets section or My Events in the app.
I received a Device Limit Reached message. What should I do?
You may be attempting to add tickets that are already in someone else's wallet OR your account was already linked to someone else's Google Account; if you are the account owner, contact Fan Support for help unlinking your accounts.
