If you're unable to add your Ticketmaster tickets to your Apple Wallet it may be for the following reasons:
- You may not be using the latest version of iOS and the Ticketmaster App.
- Your phone may not support the latest iOS which is required to add tickets to your wallet.
Follow these steps to re-add them:
- Head to the Ticketmaster App to find your ticket.
- Ensure you’ve upgraded your phone to the latest iOS, you’re using the latest version of our app.
- Once you’re on the latest version of each, tap the Add to Wallet button when viewing your ticket.
If you're unable to access our app, use your mobile web browser to add your tickets to your mobile wallet.
I transferred or sold my ticket but it's still visible in my Apple Wallet. What should I do?
If you transfer or sell your ticket, it will still appear in your mobile wallet, but the QR code will be deactivated and no longer valid for entry. You can confirm the status of your order in the My Tickets section or My Events in the app.
Device Limit Reached
If you're seeing a Device Limit Reached message when trying to add tickets to your Apple Wallet you may be attempting to add tickets that are already in someone else's wallet OR your account was already linked to someone else's Apple ID; if you are the account owner, contact us for help unlinking your accounts.
