You can send your tickets via mail to: Ticketmaster Suomi, PL 667, 00100 Helsinki. Please include the tickets, your name, address, phone number, IBAN details and possible email address. Refund to bank account will take place approx. 3 weeks from the request.

Please notice:

- Refunds for electronic tickets will only be returned to the original ticket purchaser.
- According to our Terms & Conditions, only the ticket price is refunded (excluding Ticketmaster’s service and delivery fees).
