    Need help with an existing order in your Ticketmaster account?

    If you have tickets with us, you can contact us directly from your order.
    Simply click the button below, select the event you want to talk to us about, scroll down and
    hit the ’Need help with this order?’ button.
    By using this contact method, you will get the fastest and most efficient help as we can
    directly see all the information about your event, booking and sometimes can help you
    directly with an automated response.

    Ticketmaster Call Center:

    If you prefer to go over your questions over the phone, you can call out Call Center. The call center can help you with for example questions regarding an order, information about an event or accessibility. You can also book tickets via the Call Center.

    For most events, you can do a pick-up reservation or an invoice reservation. Pick-up reservations can be redeemed from our outlets

    If you don't redeem your reservation during the reservation time, it will automatically cancel. Outlets will charge service fess during the pick-up.

    On invoice reservation the tickets are being sent to given address after the invoice is successfully paid. Invoice reservations are automatically cancelled, if the invoice is not paid on due date.
