If the event you bought a ticket for is canceled or postponed, we will email you as soon as possible with all the details. There's no need for you to contact us separately.

If you bought your ticket from Ticketmaster’s online store using a credit card, the refund will be automatically processed back to that card if the event is canceled.
For postponed events, the refund will also be issued to your credit card. Please complete the form below to request your refund.
I PAID FOR MY TICKET ONLINE USING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. HOW DO I GET A REFUND IF THE EVENT IS CANCELED OR POSTPONED?
If your ticket was purchased via your PayPal account, the refund will be automatically credited back to your PayPal account if the event is canceled.
If the event is postponed, please fill out the form below to request your refund to your PayPal account.
I PAID FOR MY TICKET ONLINE WITH A KLARNA INVOICE. HOW CAN I GET A REFUND IF THE EVENT IS CANCELED OR POSTPONED?
If you used Klarna to pay, the refund will be automatically applied to your Klarna invoice if the event is canceled.
For postponed events, please fill out the form below to request a refund to your Klarna invoice.
