What is Ticket Insurance?
Ticket Insurance is an optional add-on available when you buy tickets through Ticketmaster Finland.
If you can’t attend your event for a reason covered by the insurance terms — such as an illness or accident — you may be reimbursed for the value of your tickets.

How do I buy Ticket Insurance?
You can add Ticket Insurance while purchasing your tickets in the Ticketmaster Finland online store. Insurance can’t be added after your order is complete.
If Ticket Insurance is available for your event, you’ll see the option automatically after selecting your tickets. To add it to your order:
- Confirm your ticket selection.
- In the Add to order section, select the number of insurance policies you want from the quantity dropdown.
- Complete your purchase.
Ticket Insurance must be purchased for all tickets in the same order.
How much does Ticket Insurance cost?
The cost of Ticket Insurance depends on the ticket price and ranges from €1.70 to €32.40.
How do I file a claim?
If you purchased Ticket Insurance, you can submit a claim online through Allianz Global Assistance Europe.

Can I cancel Ticket Insurance?
If you no longer want your Ticket Insurance, contact Ticketmaster Finland Fan Support within 30 days of purchasing the insurance.
