At many of the events that Ticketmaster sells, you have the option of choosing wheelchair tickets and assistant tickets. It is the organizer of the event who is responsible for the number of available tickets, place in the arena and other rules for these types of tickets.
At some events you can choose a specific seat for wheelchair tickets, and on other events the staff on site will assign and show you your seat when you arrive at the venue.
An assistant ticket is often included when purchasing a wheelchair ticket. To know what applies to a specific event, search for the name of the event on Ticketmaster.fi and read the event information.
If the seats are not available on our website, you can inquire accessibility information by calling a number 03 053 0003 (open on mon-fri 9-14 0,08€+lnc). Through this number, you can do a pick-up reservation or an invoice reservation. Of course, you can contact us through other contact channels too.
If the accessibility policy is not known to the event when you contact us, we will solve the issue with the event organizer.
