TICKET REFUND INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANCELLED AND POSTPONED EVENT:
- If you haven’t got refund yet, we kindly ask you to fill Fan Guarantee online form and attach picture of tickets
- If you have purchased your tickets via Ticketmaster web-shop by using credit card, we have refunded ticket price directly to the card. No additional actions needed.
- Via mail to: Ticketmaster Suomi, PL 667, 00100 Helsinki. Please include the tickets, your name, address, phone number, IBAN details and possible email address. Refund to bank account will take place approx. 3 weeks from the request.
eTickets are refunded only to ticket purchasers.
In the case of event cancellations, according to our Terms & Conditions, only the ticket price is refunded (excluding Ticketmaster’s service and delivery fees).
